The first thing you need to do is fill a pipe or a hose with water. Then place one end of the hose in the aquarium and the other end where you want the water to go but remember keep the side where you want the water to go lower than the end in the aquarium. Gravity is the force that causes the water to travel down and as the hose is full of water this creates suction allowing you to easily empty most of the water.
