Quinn enjoyed an extended weekend this week. While we were all slaving away at school Quinn and his sister were playing on the beach! There they found something quite scary... a shark! (Luckily it was dead). Quinn was lucky enough to get a tooth from it. He brought it in to show us all.

Zero Waste
As an enviroschool that is currently involved in a Zero Waste programme our waste bins by our eating areas are a bit disappointing. We took some pictures to show you.
Remember to use our recycling and food bins. We are seniors, we need to be the perfect role models.

The Incredible Hulk of all fruit!
It was huge and green but it was not the hulk. It was Alyssa's feijoa! It was the biggest feijoa we have ever seen and she grew it herself!

Easter Bunny visits Rm I and their buddies from Rm B
In their homework Rm I wrote clues for a treasure hunt. Then we worked together to create it so our buddies in Rm B could solve it. We had a lot of fun together!
Rm I remembers the ANZACs
Over the holidays we worked on our ANZAC task sheet. Here is some of the amazing work we produced! Mrs Palmer was really impressed with the time and effort we put in.
