Geometry in Action in Rm I
Today we were working on drawing 3D shapes on isometric paper. It was fairly challenging, especially since the dots were so small!

Term 2 = Geometry!
The start of the term means Strand Maths and this term our focus is Geometry. Geometry is learning all about shapes and their properties. We like Geometry because there is a lot of hands on learning and fun activities.
Today as a warm down we had a lot of fun learning how to fold paper to create a Fortune Teller.

Geometry detectives.
Have you ever noticed all the geometry that surrounds us everyday? Well, Le'Arah and Elizabeth certainly do. Today they took the iPad and went a hunting for 3D shapes.
